BOW! Struts Down the Catwalk...
Oooh! Exciting News! I'm pleased to inform you of a great date for your diary... The Future of Fashion hosts events that are centred around creating awareness for young emerging designers, showcasing fashion talent through exhibitions, catwalk shows and trade stalls. The next event is to be held on the 21st March at The Pitcher & Piano in hip Shoreditch AND our very own too cute for words BOW! will not only be strutting it's accessories down the catwalk but also holding a stall with all the newest pieces and a chance to meet the designer herself....
The show is sponsored by Oxfam and £10 early bird tickets (which admits 2 people) are available to buy here. All proceeds go to the Charity and considering the range of great up and coming designers, it's a total bargain! Doors open at 6pm on Sunday the 21st March, with the catwalk show beginning at 8pm and according to the website what comes after from 9pm - 12pm is a networking soiree, exhibitions and vintage fair! Ooh er! We do love a good catwalk show... especially one on a Sunday evening which involves drinking, shopping and networking so we simply can't wait...
We have our tickets... be sure to get yours before they go!! See you there!

Ioannis Dimitrousis
We are just loving fashion week this season! Never mind the weather, when you get to spend your day looking at fantastic clothes all is definitely right with the world! We saw some amazing pieces made by Ioannis Dimitrousis the other day... Here's some pics we took of the oh so fabulous dresses. He uses traditional hand crafted techniques of crochet mixed with semi pecious stones, crystal, pearls and beads through scarves, tops and dresses.

Party at the Bluebird...
Party party party!! and don't we deserve it!! The hot Womenswear label Rika celebrated their new collection and the launch of a super cool magazine at the Shop at the Bluebird on Thursday evening, and of course we were there to help! The raspberry martini's and moscow mules flowed while the beautiful and stunningly dressed fashionistas of London shmoozed. A very enjoyable night, except for the TWENTY minute queue for the loo, and the fact it takes sooo long to walk down Kings Road!! oh well good exercise, and didn't suffer too much of a hangover in the morning! Well done us... here's a few pics to entertain you...
AW10 Showcase...
Woolrich Woolen Mills, Autumn Winter 2010 showcase!! Last week we were host to lots of lovely press people who came to get a good look at the coming A/W season collection from Woolrich Woolen Mills. It's the penultimate collection for Japanese designer Daiki Suzuki, and his signature style has remained with a classic and chic range... perhaps his best yet! Of course we took a few pics so you can have a sneak preview too! Enjoy!

This season's theme is Hunting Noir. The colours have been kept to a subtle range of blues and blacks, with the occasional grey and white. Very subtle, yet very stunning. Stay tuned to find out more about the collection... and to take a look at the current SS10 pieces check out the website: http://www.woolrichwoolenmills.com/

But still a v insightfull trip, and lucky you, going to tell you all about it!

We may have only ended up there due to a power cut at work but a fun afternoon it turned out to be, saw lots lots of lovely new clothes and met some new contacts, success!
